Seller's Return and Refund Policy:

You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receipt. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. Please follow the procedure:

within 14 days of receiving your package. Your return must be shipped within 30 days of the date you received the item.

We do not accept returns of merchandise except in the case of a seller-caused defect. In this case, the item will be replaced (subject to availability) or refunded, at the buyer's discretion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, properly packaged, and in its original condition, and must not be in a condition for resale. It must also be in its original packaging.

Gifts received are not eligible for return or exchange.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The tracking number and clear photos of the returned package are required after shipment by the buyer. Before returning an item, please photograph it for your records.

If you do not receive your package after 3 months, please contact the seller to find a solution.
